Why do I get privacy error messages when I surf the internet inside a Parallels virtual machine?

Opening Edge a screen with the following statement appears:
There’s a problem with this website’s security certificate
This might mean that someone’s trying to fool you or steal any info you send to the server. You should close this site immediately.

Clicking continue to the webpage sometimes it will go there and sometimes it won’t.
This problem can occur with practically any virtual machine, including MacOS and Windows 10.
Parallels for Mac: SSL certificate errors on all websites
This error occurs when an antivirus application is installed and active on the host machine. We have observed this behavior with Kaspersky and Avast.
SOLVED: To remedy this situation, either deactivate your antivirus application while running Parallels virtual machines. Alternatively, find an antivirus solution that doesn’t cause this complication while using Parallels.
